My journey began as a clerk at Polk County Schools, helping teachers earn National Board certification, and evolved into becoming one of Disney’s youngest trainers. I rewrote Target’s new-hire training and built J.J. Taylor’s industry-leading L&D department, earning #3 on Glassdoor’s “Best Places to Work” in 2022. I've been featured in Spark Magazine and as a speaker at Training Magazine and ATD conferences. I’m passionate about training, development, and company culture.
